This past year has been amazing for me on iStockphoto. Just recently, I passed into the top 100 photographers on iStock, and I am now at 81. Not bad for a part-time gig. There are over 40,000 contributors from around the globe, so this is a nice number.

Okay, I was just thinking of adding some of my philosophies of design, thoughts if you will, to others in the blogosphere. I like making up my own words (lived in Texas for a bit).

Talent and Hard Work

The real issue is not talent as an independent element, but talent in relationship to will, desire, and persistence. Talent without these elements goes dormant. Even modest talent with hard work and these characteristics will grow.
